Content & Objectives of the program:
During our development program for wood purchasers you will attend various training sessions at our EGGER location, in order to adequately prepare for your future tasks. This includes collaboration and targeted training in wood purchasing and the field team.
You will be guided and supported by an experienced mentor from the company.
These persons could be EGGER-internal employees as well as persons from external companies or a persons, who directly start this program after finishing their education / studies (technical college, college of higher education, university).
- Forestry or wooden education (school or studies) or a technical education
You has just finished his / her studies / education or you already has some first work experiences at a production company
You enjoys travelling (stay abroad of several weeks till months possible) after training period
You works well in a team, is flexible and is eager to learn
You likes to negotiate and to communicate and acts pragmatically
You has good English knowledge and good Microsoft Office expertise (incl. SAP if possible)
